
Mario P. Minotti is the President of Minotti Financial Group serving individual and corporate clients through holistic financial planning, retirement planning, and risk management.
Before beginning his career with Minotti Financial Group, Mario worked at an accounting firm in Chicago where he obtained a background in taxation and employee benefit plans. He then began working with his father and became the second generation in his family to pursue a profession in the financial services industry. Today, Mario assists a variety of clients on managing all aspects of their financial lives as well as addressing their complex challenges, ranging from fiduciary compliance to retirement and estate planning.
Mario has also been a trusted source for personal finance and market-related commentary and has been featured in CNBC, U.S. News & World Report, and The Wall Street Journal to consult on ways to improve the U.S. retirement plan system.
Mario graduated with honors from DePaul University with a Bachelor’s (BS) degree in Finance, and holds his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Loyola University Chicago. Along with his health and life insurance licenses, Mario also holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. He has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He is a member of various professional and charitable organizations, including the Financial Planning Association’s Board of Directors, Methodist Hospitals Foundation Board of Directors, and Union League Club of Chicago. Mario enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, powerboating, and autoracing.
